Website privacy policy

This policy covers visitors to our two websites, p-one.ai and aicon360.ai. The AICON application has its own privacy policy, published at aicon360.ai/privacy.

Scope

This policy describes how Periscope One, Inc. ("Periscope One", "we", "us") handles information about visitors to our two websites:

  • p-one.ai, the company website
  • aicon360.ai, the AICON product website

It does not cover the AICON application itself. Data in the AICON application is covered by the AICON Data Privacy Policy. If you use AICON or an AICON mobile app, that is the policy that applies to you.

Summary

Neither website has user accounts or forms, and neither website sets cookies of its own. p-one.ai uses no analytics. aicon360.ai counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. The interactive demo page on aicon360.ai shows a demo hosted by Supademo.

We receive information that identifies you only if you email us or book a demo through our booking page.

What we collect

Neither website asks for your name, email address, company or phone number. Every page is the same for every visitor.

Cookies and tracking

Neither website sets cookies, uses local storage, or uses tracking pixels, fingerprinting or session recording. The exceptions are the security cookie our hosting provider may set, described under Hosting and server logs, and anything Supademo sets inside the embedded demo, described under The interactive demo.

The fonts are served from our own websites rather than from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not tell another company that you visited.

Each website has a short script that checks whether you reached it through a secondary address and, if so, sends your browser to the main address. aicon360.ai also has a script that opens and closes the menu on small screens. These scripts do not collect or send any information.

Because neither website tracks visitors, there is no cookie banner and no setting to change.

Page view counts on aicon360.ai

aicon360.ai uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. A small script from Cloudflare records which pages are viewed, the page that linked you to the site, your browser type and your approximate country. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not identify individual visitors. We see the results only as totals. p-one.ai does not use this service or any other analytics.

The interactive demo on aicon360.ai

The page at aicon360.ai/demo shows an interactive demo of AICON hosted by Supademo. When you open that page, your browser loads the demo from Supademo's servers. Supademo may record how the demo is used and may set its own cookies inside the demo. Supademo's handling of that information is governed by Supademo's privacy policy. No other page on either website loads content from Supademo.

Hosting and server logs

Both websites are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and to protect the sites from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request on our behalf. This can include:

  • your IP address
  • the date and time of the request
  • the page or file requested
  • your browser type and preferred language
  • the page that linked you to the site, if your browser sends it

We use this information only in summary form, to keep the sites running and secure. We do not use it to identify you, we do not combine it with other data, and we do not sell or share it. Cloudflare may set its own security cookie when its bot protection is active. That cookie is part of Cloudflare's protection service and is not used by us to track visitors. Cloudflare's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy terms and by our agreement with it.

If you email us

If you email us, we keep what you send, such as your name, email address, company, any phone number you include and your message, for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.

We use that information to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell it. We share it outside Periscope One only with service providers who need it to run our email, or where the law requires it.

If you ask us to delete your correspondence, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

If you book a demo

The Book a demo links on both websites open a booking page run by Microsoft. If you book a time, you enter your name and email address on that page, and Microsoft passes the booking to us. We use that information to hold the meeting and follow up with you, and we handle it the same way as email you send us. Microsoft's handling of the booking page is governed by Microsoft's privacy statement.

Our websites link to each other and may link to other websites. A website we do not run is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain uses, or to receive a copy. Because our websites do not collect information that identifies you on their own, a request will usually concern email you have sent us or a demo you have booked.

To make a request, email legal@p-one.ai. We do not charge for requests, and we will not treat you differently for making one. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not give your information to someone else by mistake.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

Our websites are business websites for an adult professional audience. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change what either website does, for example by adding a contact form or a new analytics service, we will update this policy at the same time and change the date at the top of the page.
